Suppose a person thinks about the reckless driving and what image pops into his/her head. According to the survey of 2004 and conducted by Volvo cars of North America, mostly parents admit that they are talking on the cell phones while driving with their children. According to the survey of national Highway Traffic Safety Administration in 2002, more than 6 out of every 10 people take attention off the road in order to content with their children in the backseat.

In this article we will discuss or throw light how person avoid crashes in order to become the safe and secure driver. In an ideal world, every person would like to take a safe driving class, so we discuss important rules or instructions. By following these instructions, person can become a secure and safe car driver.

Firstly, driver should raise the gaze while driving. If any car in front of the driver hits the brakes, it just because that something is happening in front of the driver. By keeping eyes on the car that is about five vehicles ahead of driver, then driver can start slowing down even before the car in front of him/her.

Secondly, driver should not slam on the brakes. Suddenly braking the car may throw the car into the spin so for safe driving, driver should not slam on the brakes.

Lastly, driver should avoid target fixation.

Furthermore, we will also briefly discuss how the driver limits distractions. Some tips or suggestions will be discussed that shows how driver can limit or avoid distractions:

Firstly, drivers should make snacks in order to handle easily and hard to spill. Snack traps are considered to be easy and hard to spill for kids to handle.

Secondly, drivers should put the phone away. If a driver has hands free setup along with a head set or talks right into a speaker phone. Moreover, talking and using the cell phone while driving can takes the driver mind off the road and increases the risk of crash.

Thirdly, driver can orchestrate entertainment ahead of time. Driver can load the CD or DVD player before hit the road. Moreover, pets are the major source of distraction on the road so the drivers should be restrained in the back or in the carrier.

Lastly, driver should lay down the ground rules. Children should learn that what type of behavior is appropriate for the car.
